ISC Family Weekend
And Bob Burns Memorial Race
February 20, 21 & 22, 2009
Boyne Highlands Ski Resort
Harbor Springs, Michigan
This will be an exciting weekend of racing and fun for families and friends at Michigan’s premier ski resort
Your ski club will be defending their honor against other Indiana ski clubs in this low-key racing environment
Come and participate in racing with Beginner through Advance levels or cheer on your club’s racers
Trip includes Friday and Saturday night lodging, 2 buffet breakfasts and Saturday night banquet dinner
Accommodations will be slope side in the Main Lodge or the Bartley House at Boyne Highlands
Weekend lift tickets are good for Friday 4:30 PM-9 PM, Saturday 9 AM-9 PM and Sunday 9 PM-4 PM
Saturday begins with optional racing available in the morning and again in the afternoon on separate courses
Après-ski will be an outdoor party by the heated pool with snacks and beverages including Micro Brews on tap
The day will conclude with the ISC banquet dinner and Council championship racing awards presentation
Weekend Package Rates:
2 adults per room = $270
3 or more adults per room = $240
Children 9 to 12 years old = $140
Children 8 years old and younger = $71
Rates are per person and children’s rates require 2 adults in the room
Club may add additional fees to ISC rates
Some clubs will be arranging bus transportation
A minimum of $100 deposit per person by November 15, 2008 is required to reserve choice of room selection
Final payment due by January 15, 2009
Please make checks out to ‘Indiana Ski Council’ and provide a rooming list of occupants and ages of any children
